Please complete the Intake Form at least 4 hours in advance of your scheduled session. The form can be found here: 

Sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your session. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a full charge of the reserved service amount. 

Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 5 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
